The ground floor of the Halles is a key space and features an emblematic reference to Brussels' heritage: an obelisk erected in 1767. At more than ten metres tall, this historical monument serves to showcase the building. Its moulded sides converge towards an eight-pointed gold star at the top. The ground floor is made up of several areas, including the garden - a veritable oasis full of plants, palm trees and a lawn. The ground floor is an ideal space for large events, but you can also arrange for exclusive use of part of it.every day
